1. Download the risk assessment template.
2. The person running/leading/organising the activity needs to complete the risk assessment and send it to Peter Sandy (Coastlife's WHS Coordinator) for review.
3. Once Peter has approved the risk assessment he will send it to the Church Board (MLT) to be voted on and approved.
Please note that the activity cannot commence until the risk assessment is approved by the Church Board.
