Venue Manager - Position Description


1.1 Communicate regularly with the church pastor and venue elder, and reach out as necessary.


2.1 Develop a yearly budget for maintenance and renovations.

2.2 Develop a yearly budget for capital works.

2.3 Present these budgets to the Church Board when requested by the church Treasurer.

2.4 Make purchases using personal bank card and email receipts to church Treasurer for reimbursement.


3.1 Organise and oversee maintenance and renovations as voted by the Church Board or Business Meeting.

3.2 Organise and oversee capital works as voted by the Church Board or Business Meeting.


4.1 Compile and maintain equipment inventory.


5.1 Organise regular "working bees".


6.1 Organise a church cleaner.


7.1 Provide church keys to relevant church leaders.

7.2 Maintain a key registry.


8.1 Provide a ministry report at each Church Board meeting and answer questions from Board Members.


9.1 Work with the church pastor and other ministry leaders to ensure integrated strategy and inclusiveness.


10.1 Store all ministry documents in the Coastlife Google Drive.

Relationship Managers - Position Description


1.1 Communicate regularly with the church pastor and venue elder, and reach out as necessary.


2.1 Meet with potential tenants.


3.1 Negotiate hiring arrangements and present to Church Board to be finalised.


4.1 Be the first point of call for enquiries from tenants.


5.1 Provide a ministry report at each Church Board meeting and answer questions from Board Members.


6.1 Work with the church pastor and other ministry leaders to ensure integrated strategy and inclusiveness.


7.1 Store all ministry documents in the Coastlife Google Drive.
